This policy explains how ZuTech Apps ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile applications we publish and on zutechapps.com. It applies to all of our apps unless an app has its own policy, which is linked from that app's card on our home page.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number unless you choose to email us directly.
- Device and technical information — device model, operating system version, language, and general region, used to keep the app working correctly across devices.
- Usage data — which screens and features are opened and basic crash/diagnostic information, used to fix bugs and improve the app.
- Advertising identifiers — our apps are ad-supported and use Google AdMob, which may access your device's advertising ID to serve and measure ads.
- Data you enter in the app — content you create (for example, simulated portfolios or settings) is stored on your device and is not uploaded to us.
Advertising
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior use of apps and websites, and to measure ad performance. You can review how Google uses this data at Google's privacy & terms page, and manage or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve our apps
- To diagnose crashes and technical problems
- To display advertising that keeps our apps free to use
- To comply with legal obligations and Google Play policies
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers needed to run our apps (such as Google AdMob and Google Play services), or where required by law.
Data retention
Data you create inside an app stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Diagnostic and advertising data is retained by the relevant service provider according to their own policies.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's privacy settings
- Opt out of personalised ads through your device or Google account settings
- Uninstall the app to stop all further data collection
- Contact us to request deletion of any information we hold about you
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
