MultiStocks AI ("we", "our", or "us"), a product of Paynova Technologies, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles your information. By using MultiStocks AI, you agree to this policy.
1. Introduction
MultiStocks AI is designed with user privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII). All portfolio tracker logs are stored directly on your hardware device.
2. Information We Process
We process limited, anonymous data to facilitate the app's regional features and analytical capabilities:
- Coarse Location (IP Address): When the app communicates with our servers to fetch live stock indices, we determine your estimated country via your incoming IP address. This is used solely to set your local default stock market (e.g. Borsa Istanbul for Turkey, or PSX for Pakistan) and local currency formats. We do not request or track your device's hardware GPS location.
- AI Chat Queries: Any questions or stock queries you type into the AI Chat advisor are processed via secure third-party AI APIs (including Google Gemini) to generate responses. No personal metadata or PII is sent with these queries.
- Simulated Portfolio Data: Your simulated stock purchases, average buy prices, and transaction records are stored locally on your device (using AsyncStorage) to preserve your simulator settings.
3. Third-Party Services
MultiStocks AI integrates the following services to support core features:
- Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob collects standard device advertising identifiers (such as Android AAID or iOS IDFA) to deliver ads in compliance with Google policies.
- Financial Data Services: Stock data is sourced dynamically from public financial indexes and regional datasets. No user identification is shared with these services.
MultiStocks AI is purely an educational simulation and research utility. We do not connect to real bank accounts, store credentials, or execute actual stock market trades. All insights, indices, and AI chat advisor recommendations are for educational simulation purposes only and do not constitute licensed investment, financial, or brokerage advice.
4. Children's Privacy
MultiStocks AI does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. The app is rated for general audiences and contains no content inappropriate for children.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
